INT. İntayaİntes İnşaat Taahhüt Yatırım Ticaret A.Ş. is one of Türkiye's leading construction contracting and investment companies, with a track record of infrastructure and building projects across the construction sector.
Founded in 2005, İntaya İnşaat Taahhüt Yatırım A.Ş. strengthened its corporate structure in 2008 by acquiring İntes İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., established in 1963 and one of Türkiye's leading infrastructure and building construction companies. The two companies, which shared the same shareholders, merged in September 2019 under the slogan ‘Stronger Together’. The resulting company, INT. İntayaİntes İnşaat Taahhüt Yatırım Ticaret A.Ş., became one of Türkiye's largest construction contracting companies.
Through the projects it has delivered to date, INT. İntayaİntes has established itself as an international contractor with successful projects in Türkiye and around the world. Its extensive operations in Türkiye, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and the Gulf countries range from residential developments to office buildings, hotels, universities, public buildings, infrastructure projects, airport facilities and satellite towns.
INT. İntayaİntes's comprehensive portfolio spans a range of specialist disciplines, including residential projects with approximately 1.500.000 ㎡ of construction area and office and residence projects with 200.000 ㎡ of construction area. Notable projects include Adım İstanbul, Evvel İstanbul, 5. Levent, Nurol Tower, İlbank Headquarters, Shell Türkiye Headquarters and Beşiktaş Business Center. Together with these developments, the company's portfolio includes office, healthcare, tourism, education and industrial projects such as the İncirlik NATO Base Hospital and Administration Center, Atatürk Airport Cargo Terminal, Mersin Coca-Cola Factory, The Marmara Pera Hotel, Tekirova Rixos Hotel, Yeşilköy International Hospital and Bezmialem University, bringing its total construction volume close to 3.000.000 ㎡.
Between 2013 and 2018, the company completed and delivered domestic and international projects with a total value of USD 689.456.184. Certified to TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007, INT. İntayaİntes continues to deliver structures that add value to life as an international contractor.
