INT. IntayaIntes is one of the leading international construction and contracting companies in Turkey since 2005 with infrastructure and superstructure projects with a total value of 4.897.000.000 USD in the construction sector and with a construction area of 3.000.000 ㎡
Intaya, established in 2005, and Intes, which was founded in 1963 and was one of the leading infrastructure and superstructure companies in Turkey, were joined in 2019 and strengthened their corporate structure. Formed as a result of this merger INT. IntayaIntes has become one of the largest construction contracting companies in Turkey.
Nowadays INT. IntayaIntes has realized projects in 26 provinces of Turkey and in 11 countries. Therefore, INT. IntayaIntes is an international contractor that has undertaken successful projects not only in Turkey but also on a global scale. Firstly in Turkey, after in Europe, Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Gulf countries the Company has finished a wide spectrum of projects, from residences to office buildings, from hotels to universities, from official structures to infrastructure projects, from airport structures to satellite cities.
The comprehensive portfolio of different professional fields of INT. Intayaintes includes residential projects with approximate area of 1.500.000 ㎡, office and residence projects with area of 200.000 ㎡ . Among its prominent projects there are Adım İstanbul, Evvel İstanbul, 5. Levent, Nurol Tower, Ilbank Head Office, Shell Turkey Head Office, Besiktas Business Center. With these projects INT. Intayaintes’ portfolio includes Incirlik NATO Base Hospital and the Administrative Buildings, Atatürk Airport Cargo Terminal, Mersin Coca Cola Factory, The Marmara Pera Hotel, Rixos Tekirova Hotel, Yesilkoy International Hospital, Bezmialem University. The total construction volume of office, health, tourism, educational and industrial buildings including upcoming projects is about 3.000.000 ㎡.
INT. IntayaIntes carried out the satellite city project of Arusha Safari City, which occupies the territory of 300 hectares in Tanzania, as well as water distribution and salt water treatment plants in Saudi Arabia, port structures, highways and viaducts in Kazakhstan and Cyprus.
The Company completed and delivered domestic and international projects with a total value of 689.456.184 USD between 2013 and 2018. INT. IntayaIntes received such international certificates as TS EN ISO 9001: Quality Management System 2015, ISO 14001: Environmental Management System 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007. As an international contractor the Company continues to create structures that add value to life and contributes to the “building civilization”.
