Intaya, established in 2005, and Intes which was founded in 1963 and was one of the leading infrastructure and superstructure companies in Turkey, were joined in 2019 and strengthened their corporate structure. Formed as a result of this merger INT. IntayaIntes has become one of the largest construction contracting companies in Turkey.
