Within the scope of Çubuklu Vadi Project, there are 105 houses in 8 different types. Landscape works are designed in accordance with the natural atmosphere and original lifestyle offered by the forest area.

Local tree and flower varieties were used in the landscaping of the study, in which wooden bridges, natural stone paved paths, and natural ponds formed by spring water from the famous sources of Çubuklu are designed. All infrastructure, rigid structure and landscaping works within the scope of the project were carried out.
